Stake temple day will be Saturday, April 23.
The next sisters temple trip will be Wednesday, April 27.
For National Park Week April 16-24, national parks will waive all entrance fees. While many don’t charge a fee regularly, it would be a great time to plan a visit to somewhere like Shenandoah National Park (reg. $15/vehicle) or Colonial National Historical Park (Historic Jamestowne, Yorktown Battfield), reg. $10/adult. National Junior Ranger Day is April 23, and a number of parks have events scheduled (Shenandoah National Park).
The Young Women are holding their one and only fundraiser for Girls Camp this year. They are selling chocolate kiss bouquets.
Large – 12 stems - $11
Small – 6 stems - $6
The Young Women will deliver the bouquets on Saturday, May 7 within the ward boundaries.
Please see a member of the Young Women’s presidency or contact Olivia Smith at oliviaksmith@comcast.net to order one or more. Please include who the bouquet goes to, an address, and a sentiment for the card.
Envelopes/order forms will be available again next Sunday. If you took an envelope yesterday please remember to bring it back next week with your order form and payment enclosed. Payment must be received before the bouquets are assembled as each is hand-made. In lieu of the bouquets donations are also being accepted.
