RS Announcements 5.24.11
At stake conference this week President Brad Anderson was released as the stake president. He and his counselors, Fred Mullins and Norman Rainock, have served our stake since 2002. The new stake presidency is President Fred Mullins and his counselors are Mark Palmer and Phil Pyron.
We will be providing lunch to missionaries at the stake center on Wednesday, May 25th. Please let Lisa Pyron know if you'd like to help out.
Starting on Sunday, May 29, we will return to our previous sacrament meeting schedule since the Richmond Branch is again able to meet at their building downtown. Church will begin at 9:30 am. Please make sure the sisters you visit teach are aware of this.

RS Announcements 5.16.11
Cub scouts and activity days will be held this Wednesday as usual. The young men and young women will not meet on Wednesday. Instead, they are invited to a tri-stake fireside with Brad Wilcox on Thursday at 7pm at the stake center. Parents are invited to attend also.
Stake Conference is Sunday, May 22 at 10am. Mechanicsville and Richmond will be viewing the broadcast at our building too, so arrive early for good parking and seating. The visiting authority will be at the building at 9:15 am. Saturdays adult session is at 7pm at the stake center, followed by a question and answer with Elder Marriot and Elder Gong for the young single adults from the 3 local stakes.

Tara and Jason Hunt's baptism is Saturday at 10 a.m. at the Church.
We have two temple trips planned this month: Saturday, May 14 and Tuesday, May 24.
The Richmond Mormon Chorale is singing at the Midlothian Stake Center on May 15 and at the Chesterfield Stake Center on May 22, both at 7 p.m.
