The Relief Society Pool Party is THIS Wednesday!
Be sure to come (whether you plan to swim or not) and socialize at this popular annual event. It starts at 6:30 pm at Erlynn Lansing's home: 8100 Spenceley Drive off River Road. Bring an item for the salad bar, if you can. There will be no nursery.
#28 Cans (empty ones) Are Needed by the Scouts.
Kathi Taylor is collecting the cans. Bring your cleaned cans to the Relief Society room throughout June and July (see needs them by August.
LDS Book Giveaway
Linda Gunn has a few LDS books to give away. They will be put in the Relief Society Room on a first come, first served basis for the next two weeks.
LDS Family Services
The combined RS/Priesthood meeting today discussed the services of LDS Family Services which is located in the same building at the Bishop Storehouse. They can provide help in a number of areas including: counseling and resources, marriage and parenting classes, adiction recovery programs, adoption services, and help for unplanned pregnancies. You can call them directly at 743-0727. You can reach the website via the Provident Living website of the church. A link is found at the side bar under "Helpful Links You Can Use Now!"
